Villa Erica is a contemporary villa built in modern style but decorated with some traditional motives just that you can feel true Sicily atmosphere. The outside of the villa is carefully designed with lots of loans while inside is decorated with comfortable and modern furnish. The villa offers many amenities to make your holiday the best so far like gym, outdoor swimming pool with salt water, BBQ and more. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in total in 4 bedrooms. 

Steeping from the courtyard you will enter spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On this floor you will also find 2 double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. On the second and third floor you will find one double bedded room with ensuite bathroom. 

The villa is surrounded with 3000 sq. feet garden where you can find large infinity swimming pool with salt water. Next to it there is a sun room with glass walls ideal for taking rest in the shade. There is also an outside space for al fresco dining under the stars.
