The villa offers beautiful views over the Tramuntana mountains, in a totally unspoilt and quiet environment.
The villa is approached through electronic gates into a sweeping driveway leading to the entrance. The double wooden doors open into a lounge/dining room with a large marble fire surround dominating the corner of the room. 

To the right of the entrance door is a small hallway which leads to a single bedroom, shower room and a double bedroom and an en-suite shower room. Off this double bedroom are double doors leading to the ground floor terrrace. 

To the left is a fully fitted kitchen which has a half arch into the dining area and a closed door into the main kitchen. Off  the kitchen is a utility room and pantry. 

From the lounge a staircase leads up to the first floor corridor which has a balcony terrace which looks out over the front aspect of the villa.Two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and separate shower cubicles, are on this level - one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. Each bedroom suite has a complete sitting area, both with TV's for use with the DVD's and doors that lead out to a large shared terrace which runs the full lenght of the back of the villa.

Steps lead down to a grassed area around three sides of the pool with its Jacuzzi to one end. A stone BBQ is set close to the swimming pool. The gardens of the villa are lawned with trees, shrubs and flowers.
